Returns Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the perfume is in the same physical condition as it was delivered. Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If the product is found damaged or opened at the time of delivery, we offer a return/exchange policy with valid proofs such as photographs or videos.

Shipping Policy
We currently offer shipping only within the U.A.E. for retail customers. For wholesale or bulk orders, please contact us for international shipping options.
All retail orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.
For international shipping inquiries, please email us at sales@laparfumgalleria.com with your order details and shipping address.
General E-commerce Policies
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. La Parfum Galleria is not liable for any delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping details.
